[SHIPPING TIME]

Once your order has been processed, the average transit times are as follows.

UK: 2 - 3 business days
Europe: 3 - 8 business days
USA: 5 - 10 business days
Other: 5 - 10 business days

[PROCESSING TIME]

The order processing time might take up to 1- 2 business days. Processing includes checking and packing.

If you place your order after 12:00 pm UK Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.

We accept wholesale and bulk and we are happy to quote for bulk and wholesale requests, please contact us via email ---- info@all-festivals.com.

Returns and exchanges are acceptable within 14 days of delivery. You should contact us and send item back within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been opened and used cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will be responsible for return postage costs and responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with us) if an item is not returned in original condition.

Safety-use instructions for candle products:

1.Keep out of reach of children or pets
2.Do not leave burning candle unattended.
3.Do not use candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
4.Make sure candle is extinguished completely before discarding
5.Do not submerge candle body in water, it will damage candle
